Easy Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Difficulty: Easy (For the clueless student chef)

Serves: 1 (can be doubled or tripled)

Time: 7 minutes

Price: ($5 per serving!)

Ingredients:

4 whole-wheat tortillas

1 6 oz. box of Butterball pre-made chicken breast strips chopped (Can grill your own chicken if you have the time)

2 cups of Shredded Mexican cheese blend

2 tablespoons of Salsa

Directions:

  1. Lay one tortilla down in a non-stick pan
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese per quesadilla; add chicken and 1 tablespoon of salsa.
  3. Add another tortilla to form a sandwich
  4. Cook 3 Minutes per side until the cheese melts and chicken is heated through!
  5. Enjoy!
